Laura Gomez-Colin, PMHNP-C, FNP-C

Laura Gomez-Colin is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with a distinguished academic and professional background. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Advanced Practice Nursing degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she also gained valuable clinical experience at Emory University Hospital and Navicent Health Hospitals. After working as a registered nurse for two years, she returned to Emory to complete her master’s degree. After graduating, Ms. Gomez-Colin joined Soma Medical Center, where she served as a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner for five years.

Driven by her passion for mental health, Laura pursued further studies in Psychiatry at Wilkes University, earning her Post-Master’s Psych-NP degree in August 2023. She began her psychiatric practice with Behavior Collaborative Care Solutions in Miami before relocating to her hometown in Georgia, where she joined Advanced Psychiatric Solutions.

Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Laura is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), underscoring her commitment to maintaining high standards in nursing practice. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population.
